Journeys is looking for a Store Manager to recruit, train, and lead store personnel to achieve sales goals while controlling expenses and protecting assets.

You will supervise daily operations, drive loss prevention, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be able to work 45 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing retail teams and driving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Completion of training leading to Manager in Training or equivalent.

Responsibilities
