Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and POS systems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate the cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, displays, and restocking.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and in bank deposits and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and ensure merchandise presentation per directives.
• Ensure financial integrity through cash control, refunds, overrides, and tills deposits.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
