Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment.
• Six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate POS.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling and training; conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes for receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and merchandising per Store Manager.
• Assist with cash handling, refunds, deposits, and cash register accountability.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
