Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Store Associate to support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will model selling behaviors and help maintain productivity across areas of expertise, collaborating with leadership to train teams and execute daily tasks.

You will assist during non-peak hours, lead by example with every customer, and help with opening/closing checklists.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Model the brand's selling behaviors with every customer to provide an exceptional experience.
• Support sales leader during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Assist with opening and closing checklists and after-hours tasks as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
