Job summary

• 1 year retail experience and leadership exposure.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing directions and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and coaches Associates.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed correctly.
• Maintains labor coverage and adheres to store policies.
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction and loyalty programs.
