Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates.
• Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties.
• Models exemplary customer service standards; ensures customer needs and issues are resolved; drives action plans for improvement.
