The role emphasizes training, coaching, and collaboration with leadership to maintain high standards and drive profitability. A flexible retail schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
• No specific education required (high school diploma or GED preferred).
• Experience operating POS and in-store computer systems; comfortable using telephone.
• Effective communication with store leadership, associates, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to associate-level team members to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures.
• Supervise department to manage store profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching, leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Maintain company standards; ensure adherence to procedures and resolve problems.
