Job summary

Rally House in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Coach to support store performance, lead training, and coach the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. This role adapts to changing priorities and assists the Head Coach in driving store results.

You will partner with leadership to onboard talent, coach performance, and ensure adherence to safety and cash-handling standards while maintaining organized operations and a guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• People partner with the Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Build engagement through recognition, communication, and follow-up.
• Operations—own execution of standards and routines.
• Validate Playbook adherence through observation and walkthroughs.
• Ensure safety, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Act as operational leader-on-duty in Head Coach’s absence.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
