Job summary

Rally House in Parma, OH is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach as the store’s operational leader. You will help recruit, onboard, train, and coach teammates while upholding guest-focused service and visual standards.

In this role you’ll drive daily operations, monitor compliance, and execute merchandising plans to maximize sales. Availability across daytime, nights, weekends, and holidays is required to align with local sports events and seasonal needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Build engagement through recognition, communication, and follow-up.
• Own execution of operational standards and routines.
• Validate Playbook adherence through observation and walkthroughs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and policy standards.
• Act as operational leader-on-duty in the Head Coach’s absence.
• Merchandising: Lead visual directives and seasonal transitions.
• Service: Own service execution and customer experience standards.
• Results: Analyze store performance and take action to improve results.
