Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; tours stores and provides feedback.
• Manages customer service initiatives and ensures a high-quality customer experience.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within designated business area; monitors sales and inventory flow.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements and ensuring merchandising and seasonal transitions.
