Qualifications

• Prefer a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U with Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and maintains a culture of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door guidance; supports ethics and integrity in operations.
