Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience or 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates.
• Ensure customer service excellence by following Walmart's One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Drive store financial performance through reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
