Job summary

RiseMe in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring operational excellence.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; lead by example; and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining brand standards and store performance.

This role requires at least 2 years in retail or sales, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with POS systems and office tech.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
