Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Store Leadership Team. You will support the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales and profitability across our stores.

You will lead with the team, hire/train, coach, and maintain inventory; adapt to seasonal schedules; communicate with customers and staff; support policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years of store leadership experience.
• Experience operating POS and in-store systems.
• Strong communication and judgement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff.
• Execute and support plans to improve productivity and performance.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff.
• Provide day-to-day coaching to meet performance standards.
• Maintain inventory levels through replenishment, shrink control, and clear communication.
• Assist with action plans for sales, safety, training and development.
