Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred; certificate programs in People and Business Leadership are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Ensure exceptional customer service following Walmart's One Best Way service model.
• Drive store financial performance and manage budgeting, forecasting, and expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Coordinateplans with stakeholders, promote a culture of belonging, and support continuous learning.
