Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hiring, training and mentoring.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy and behaves with integrity.
