Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by training and mentoring.
• Drive customer service initiatives and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage store area sales, budgeting, and expense control with a focus on profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop associates to meet staffing needs.
