Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, providing feedback, and ensuring customer service excellence.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensures compliant operations following Walmart policies, including EDLP/EDLC business models, Open Door Policy, and integrity standards.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognition.
