Walmart is seeking a store leadership candidate in Lincoln, NE to supervise and develop hourly associates, drive store performance, and promote a culture of belonging. The role includes hiring, training, mentoring, and ensuring excellent customer service across store operations.

Competenze

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Attending and successfully completing job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders and meeting customer and business needs.
• Lead and develop teams by training, giving feedback, and promoting a culture of belonging.
• Model exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues following Walmart’s OBW service model.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics and support Walmart’s mission and values.
