Walmart is seeking a Store Leadership professional to lead and develop teams, drive sales, and manage store operations in a dynamic retail environment. The role emphasizes customer service, process improvement, and community engagement.

The position focuses on supervising hourly associates, training staff, and executing business plans to meet sales goals while maintaining Walmart’s values and integrity.

Competenze

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college; or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Firearms related checks may be required for certain facilities where applicable.
• Attending and completing all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
