Qualificações

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and recruit qualified staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, Open Door policy and ethical standards.
• Implement action plans to improve customer service, operations, and merchandising.
