Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Tour stores, provide feedback, and communicate and collaborate on store operations and change initiatives.
• Manage customer service initiatives and apply the One Best Way service model to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and expense control while optimizing merchandising and inventory flow.
• Coordinate and oversee activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote a culture of belonging.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership
