Qualificações

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms background check may be required for firearms-sell locations.
• Associate trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door) are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop store teams through coaching, training and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring PL, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Coordinate activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
• Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging and recruit qualified staff.
