• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates must attend and complete all job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership; supervision of 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback, promoting a belonging mindset.
• Drive store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting and expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and community programs are delivered effectively.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate associates; promote staffing growth.
