Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive sales, oversee operations, merchandising and talent development with support from the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

You will coach and develop Brand Associates and Experts, ensure SOPs are followed, and promote omni-channel shopping to customers while maintaining compliance across store activities.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1-3 years) preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach staff to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Set store tone and guide the team to deliver the brand experience.
• Drive profitable sales through customer service, merchandising and operations.
• Coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to maximize performance.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Ensure execution of store strategy and SOPs.
• Promote omni-channel experiences to customers.
• Maintain compliance with all standards and policies.
