Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, lead the team, and bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll drive profitable sales growth through store operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with the GM/AGM to coach Leads and Brand Associates for a best-in-class experience.

You will recruit and develop teams, own your area, implement efficiency plans, perform Service Leader duties, and ensure standards and compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through customer-centric strategies.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own area of responsibility and implement action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
