Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will drive sales through strategic analysis, excellent customer service, and effective people management, while mentoring staff on product knowledge and brand standards.

You’ll also oversee staffing, training, and engagement initiatives, with a focus on omni-channel fulfillment and visual merchandising to support company growth and brand vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
