You will supervise staff, schedule, train non-management, review reports, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards are upheld. The role requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and outstanding communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines for daily store operations.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom to ensure top service and smooth operations.
• Prepare staffing and scheduling and manage payroll as needed.
• Train and develop non-management staff for performance and growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales with brand insight.
• Build and maintain appealing visual displays that reflect brand standards.
• Analyze sales and performance data to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control measures.
• Operate the register and POS systems accurately during shifts.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders to support customer needs and fulfillment.
