You will drive sales by analyzing performance, supervise daily store operations, and lead recruiting, training, and engagement efforts to elevate customer service and brand experience. You will oversee staffing, training, and product knowledge while delivering best-in-class customer service and maintaining visual displays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion trend awareness.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
