Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and training may be required where applicable.
• Academy/Open Door trainings may be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and recognize performance.
• Promote belonging and maintain high customer service standards using Walmart's OBW model.
• Lead store operations, drive sales, manage expenses, and monitor inventory and merchandising.
• Communicate objectives and plans with teams and stakeholders to achieve store goals.
