Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Food & Consumables Coach in Vineland, NJ to lead and develop store teams, coach associates, and drive customer service excellence. You will manage operations, budgeting, and merchandising while promoting a culture of belonging and integrity.

You will be involved in change initiatives, action plans, and performance improvements to deliver a high-quality customer experience and robust sales growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams with training and feedback, touring stores and communicating with associates.
• Drive store operations, budgeting, merchandising, and customer service initiatives.
