Job summary

You'll participate in budgeting, merchandising, and process improvements, collaborating with leaders across the organization to execute company initiatives and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Supervisory experience required and training participation (Academy/Open Door, etc.).
• Bachelor-level leadership/education through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; teach, listen, and provide feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by managing PL, budgeting, and expenses.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and implement action plans to improve processes.
