Job summary

Walmart in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a store leadership role focused on building high-performing teams, customer service excellence, and retail operations. The role oversees team development, store objectives, and execution of business initiatives.

You will manage budgeting, merchandising, inventory flow, and community programs while upholding Walmart's integrity and policies, and you will lead planning and training to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and communication.
• Drive store performance by managing budgets, expenses, and merchandising.
• Ensure customer service standards and store programs are effectively implemented.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities with stakeholders and plan initiatives.

Education
