Job summary

Qualifications

Two years’ college education or equivalent work experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor-level education in business management/leadership preferred.
Leadership and people-management experience in retail or service sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop store teams, teaching training and giving feedback to associates.
Drive customer service excellence and manage store operations to meet objectives.
Monitor P&L, budgets, and expenses; optimize merchandising and inventory flow.
Set clear expectations, mentor associates, and promote a culture of belonging.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align with company initiatives and community programs.
Protect assets and reduce shrink through process improvements and coaching.
