Job summary

Walmart in Flanders, NJ seeks a Store Leadership role to guide and develop teams, train associates, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will manage store operations, budgeting, and merchandising while implementing company initiatives and OBW practices.

Strong supervisory experience and retail know-how are essential. Responsibilities include leading staffing, coaching, and promoting a culture of belonging, along with achieving sales and profit targets and ensuring compliance with policies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; Live Better U/Bellevue University pathway mentioned.
Minimum two years of college and related retail leadership exposure requested.
Experience supervising teams and mentoring associates is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching across store operations.
Drive customer service excellence following Walmart standards and One Best Way (OBW).
Manage store financials, budgeting, and expense control to meet sales and profit goals.
Oversee staffing, hiring, training, and development of associates; promote belonging and inclusion.
