Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and training may be required where applicable.
• Attends and completes job trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and listening to associates.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting and cost control.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow and operational processes.
• Recruit, hire and mentor associates; promote belonging in the workplace.
