Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is a preferred qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback to drive store operations.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hire and mentor, set expectations, and promote a culture of belonging.
