Job summary

Walmart in Litchfield, MN seeks a dynamic leader to direct store operations and develop teams across departments. You’ll coach, train, and mentor associates while driving customer service, sales and store standards in line with Walmart’s OBW service model and business initiatives.

You will manage budgets, review PL statements, optimize inventory and merchandising, and implement action plans to reduce shrink and enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years’ college OR 1 year’s retail supervisory experience, or 2 years’ general work experience with 1 year in supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams; teach training and provide feedback.
• Oversee customer service programs, store operations, and community outreach.
• Manage budgeting, inventory, merchandising, and shrink reduction to hit sales goals.
