Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and coaching, setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer service standards and open door policy are followed to deliver a high quality customer experience.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, mentoring and promoting a culture of belonging.
