You will lead associates, coordinate efforts with store leadership, and implement business initiatives while maintaining EDLP and operational standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, budgeting, forecasting, and improving shrink and inventory flow.

Qualificações

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs and issues are resolved and maintains high-quality customer service.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes a sense of belonging.
