Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Alexandria, LA is seeking a leader to drive team development and outstanding customer service. You will coach associates, set clear expectations, and guide store operations aligned with OBW service standards and company direction.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, inventory flow, merchandising, and action plans to mitigate shrink while achieving sales and profit goals, while fostering a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years’ college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Attends and completes all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback to improve store operations and customer service.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in the designated area.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring, and promoting a culture of belonging.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
