Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years general work experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, and a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with performance management, mentoring, and hiring/firing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a sense of belonging.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, customer service, and community initiatives to meet sales and service goals.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and expense control for the designated store area.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics, Open Door Policy, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate relationships with stakeholders, set goals, and measure progress to achieve results.
