• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback; drives store performance by managing PL, budgets, forecasting and controlling expenses; ensures high-quality customer service and executes Walmart's Open Door Policy; promotes a culture of belonging and integrity; coordinates plans with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
