Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leadership professional to drive team development and exceptional customer service at the Dublin, GA location. You will supervise and coach hourly associates, manage operational processes, and lead change efforts to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring merchandising and inventory flow support sales and profit goals while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Tours stores and provides feedback, communicating with all levels of associates about store operations.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs and issues are resolved with high-quality service.
• Develops action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
