Job summary

Walmart is seeking a results-oriented leader to oversee a Mansfield, OH store area. The role focuses on developing teams, delivering strong customer service, and driving sales while managing budgets, inventory, and store operations.

You will mentor associates, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to Walmart's standards and practices. The position requires supervisory and retail experience with a strong emphasis on teamwork, integrity, and delivering a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position may require background checks and related training (applies per policy).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and feedback; communicates and collaborates across store operations.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting and expense control to meet sales and profit goals; ensures merchandise presentation and inventory flow.
• Upholds customer service standards and associates training; supports Open Door policy and ethical standards.
