Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams effectively, teaching training and listening to associates; provide feedback and guide store operations.
• Drive customer service standards and resolve customer issues using OBW service model.
• Oversight of PL, budgeting, forecasting and expense control to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, assign duties and recognize performance.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote a culture of belonging.
