Nike Clearance Store in San Leandro seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑volume team with energy and a passion for sport. You’ll coach staff, uphold exceptional customer service, and help set the pace for daily store performance.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, manage shifts, and execute Nike service principles while delivering results. This role rewards dedication with employee discounts, health benefits, and opportunities to grow within Nike’s global brand.

Competenze

Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
Three years of leadership experience.
Experience recruiting, building and leading high-performing teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
Able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks as needed.
Willing to work mornings, weekends, nights and holidays.
