Job summary

As the face of NIKE, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and manage daily store operations while upholding NIKE's Service Principles and community focus. You will train and coach your team, recruit and onboard new teammates, and collaborate with leadership to grow store performance.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store functions running seamlessly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools to succeed in day-to-day tasks.
• Drive store metrics including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership.
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
