Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that keeps store functions running smoothly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip employees with tools needed for daily tasks.
• Drive store results, budgeting, planning and customer service.
• Manage product flow from stockroom to sales floor.
