You will coach and develop staff, recruit and onboard teammates, and drive store growth through strong operational execution and community engagement. In this role you will manage budgeting, planning, merchandising, and key performance metrics while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Able to stand long hours and work mornings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that keeps store functions running seamlessly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding future teammates.
• Provide tools and training for day-to-day success.
• Manage store with budgeting, planning, and customer service goals.
• Oversee product life cycle from stockroom to sales floor.
